My Story
I was inspired to create a restaurant with a garden when I was in Cuzco, Peru, walking around and looking around and seeing all this green around me, and then I thought how cool it would be to have a garden, but then I went inside and it was dinner and then I thought it would be cool to have a restaurant with a garden. And not any garden. A special garden that is in the land of my Mom's farm by the restaurant. It makes it a special garden because the soil is very healthy, and the energy - because it is in a place where people don't usually go, and since there aren't a lot of people going there, the energy is not taken away, it builds up. And when people come the energy can't be taken away because there's so much of it. It is a Sacred Garden and that's why.It was one of my moments where I am inspired so much i feel like I can do anything.I have so much fun doing it and I hope you have as much fun as I do being a part of it.
